Radvision World Consultancy Refund Policy – Read Carefully

AN ADVISOR-CLIENT OR CONSULTANT-CLIENT ASSOCIATION IS– AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE–SUBJECT TO A COMPLETELY NEW CONTRACT OF LEGAL AGREEMENT DECIDED AND INKED BETWEEN BOTH THE PARTIES, NAMELY, RADVISION WORLD and CLIENT. THE TERMS and CONDITIONS AND REFUND POLICY OF THIS TYPE OF AN AGREED AND INKED CONTRACT OF ENGAGEMENT/AGREEMENT, FOR USING THE SERVICES OF THE IMMIGRATION CONSULTANCY IN ITS CAPACITY AS AN ADVISOR, IS FULLY AUTONOMOUS OF THE TERMS and CONDITIONS OF USAGE OF THE GIVEN SITE.

Each and every appropriate government and skills evaluation agencies charge, for all stages, may undergo a change at the sole decision of the government bodies even as the Radvision World lacks any control whatsoever over such a declaration. The client shall settle the charges as appropriate and sought from the immigration process, to a variety of government and associated groups, and for the purpose of testing. In a situation wherein the client has made the payment, the Radvision World does not offer and has not offered any sort of assurance that the petition shall materialize in the client’s favor.

THIS REFUND POLICY IS TO BE READ SUBJECT TO YOUR RIGHTS AS PER THE CONTRACT OF LEGAL AGREEMENT SIGNED BETWEEN RADVISION WORLD Consultancy AND CLIENTS.

In case, the visa has been rejected in the following cases, no refund or compensation will be made:

  • There is no refund in case of visa rejection or file goes on hold.
  • The client does not co-operate in filing the case with full documents required, at the Visa Office and after 7 days prior to signing this Contract of Engagement for hiring our service.
  • No refund shall be granted on withdrawal cases after the termination of prescribed period .i.e. within 7 days from the starting of the process.
  • No refund if the file goes on hold or gets rejected. The consultant shall not be liable for any delay on part of Govt. Authorities and Foreign Embassies.
  • The case gets rejected or visa is revoked due to the furnishing of false information, misrepresentation, fraud, and failure by the client to adhere to the terms and conditions this Agreement or withholding any relevant information at any time during the processing of the application or at the time of the interview with the Visa Office
  • If the client is not coordinating/ giving the positive response regarding his/her process with the case manager over phone and e-mails even after sending several reminders by his/her case manager, his/her case will be closed automatically which cannot be reopened and in such case, no request for refund will be entertained.
  • If the client does not show up for visa interview or does not clear visa interview.
  • Lack of medicals provided by an applicant or his family.
  • There is no compensation if the clients fail to pass qualification credentials or educational credentials laid by the immigration authorities.
  • In case of visa rejection/ application refusal by the embassy, the application of client will be closed from Radvision without any prior notification and Radvision will not be liable for any refund or services towards the candidate.
  • If the client is not sending the original legal contract to the company within 1 week after receiving the contract then his/her case will go on hold and considered as closed. They cannot claim the refund.
  • Radvision World is not responsible if the Education Credentials or standards does not qualify or match by the recognized authorized education council of the respective country.
  • Radvision World is not responsible if the client provides any fraudulent documents as the process is legal.
  • Radvision World is not responsible for any refund if client withdraw the case due to an uncertain reasons or any personal reasons as it involves government and Legal Affairs
